Podcasts are free but enriched with information and community. Heck, one of these also has me laugh out loud on a regular basis. I love that you can walk, cook, do laundry, travel, and just chill while listening. The following three podcasts are my go-to
The Intermittent Fasting Podcast – This is Gin Stephens and Melanie Avalon’s podcast
Intermittent Fasting Stories – Gin goes solo on this one. If you need inspiration from people doing it (and I do) this one is the ticket. I enjoy hearing people succeeding and making this work. Many times the stories they tell are ones I recognize from my own life.
The Fork Off Show – Dieting is a four letter word. And these hosts get that. It’s two sisters who are trying to get healthy and laughing along the way. Sometimes dieting is a joke and laughing through the ups and downs is the best way to make it through!
The Obesity Code Podcast – Dr. Jason Fung’s book is my other big bible of why this is an eating plan that I need to explore. WAY more science here but it helps when someone claps back at me for this whole IF lifestyle to know there’s smart science not fad dieting behind it.
